Steve Winter, at Shop Equipment Specialties (S.E.S.) has served in the military for over 38 years between active-duty Army, National Guard, and Army reserve. Steve brings a unique style of leadership to S.E.S. Steve has spent most of his life in and around the automotive industry through a variety of avenues. He worked as an auto mechanic for over 17 years, a line tech at a Chrysler dealership, and owned and operated a small garage in Fruitland Idaho for several years as well. Transitioning from automotive work into construction, Steve spent several years doing renovation work and steel building construction. Through his diverse background and vast experience in varied aspects of the automotive industry and the military Steve has gained the skills to understand the various needs of garages, from the personal hobby shop to the large shop spaces of a dealership, he understands the performance opportunities available through small adjustments in layout and the need to capitalize on staff productivity.

Kenny Robertson

Areas of expertise: Waste Oil Furnaces, Under Car Equipment, Auto Lifts

Kenny has been working with SES for over 8 years. He has proven to be an integral part of our growth and success. Kenny has become the premier lift installer in the southern Idaho area, and is a huge asset to our customer base. He has become very accomplished with everything from automotive lift install and service, to all the under-car equipment we sell and service. He provides quality service for tire equipment, aligners, and is the most capable waist oil furnace tech across most of three states (Idaho, Oregon, and Wyoming). With Kenny’s years of experience, he helps train the new field techs for S.E.S. on most of the equipment we represent.

Mark Curtis

Areas of expertise: Compressors, Brake Lathes, A/C Equipment

Mark has been part of the S.E.S. team for over 4 years. Previously, Mark spent many years working with Compact Power as a field service tech where he worked on the type of machinery that required him to be very detail oriented. Mark’s previous work experience makes him a great fit for S.E.S. due to the intricate details required on some of the products we service. Mark has become proficient with air compressor and air systems service and repair and is a certified Pro-Cut technician. He travels the Southern Idaho/ Eastern Oregon area catching the territory up on the neglected Pro-cut on-car brake lathes in the area. Mark also specializes as an AC service tech and can take many of the Robin-Air machines, and several other brands back to heathy working order. Mark has a tenacious, meticulous work ethic, and is a quality service tech that believes that “Good Enough is never Good Enough”. Only absolutely as perfect as possible will do.

Eniko Gahan

Eniko Gahan has spent most of her 24-year career in the Office Management, Customer Support, and the Bookkeeping field. She takes pride in ensuring that the office runs efficiently by making sure that the vendor, customer and internal office files are in order.

Her duties and responsibilities include taking care of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Office Duties, Human Resources, OHSA Compliance, assisting in Warehouse Maintenance, Inventory Tracking as well as being the Office GateKeeper and supporting field technicians in ordering parts, Shipping and Receiving.
